At OIB Child and Youth Services we believe that all children and youth should have the opportunity to live in a safe and nurturing environment. We provide all-inclusive care in a residential setting to children ranging in age from 6-12 years old. Staff at OIB provide a high level of care and support impacting the development and well-being of the youth in our homes.

**Role Overview**:
As the Human Resources manager at OIB, you will oversee all aspects of HR operations. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our company culture and practices, ensuring they align with our values and mission. You will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and overseeing compensation and benefits programs. This position requires a proactive and knowledgeable professional who can partner effectively with leadership to drive HR strategies that attract and retain top talent.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that reflect our company’s values and mission
- Foster positive employee relations and address employee concerns to maintain a healthy work environment
- Manage the performance management process, setting clear goals, conducting evaluations, and providing constructive feedback
- Design and administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and fair
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory HR requirements
- Develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and support career development
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align HR strategies with business objectives and support company growth

**Education, Training and Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR management
- Strong understanding of HR practices and principles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships at all organizational levels
- Proven track record in managing recruitment and performance management processes
- Knowledge of compensation structures and benefit programs
- Familiarity with HR data management and legal compliance in employment laws
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay: $66,000.00-$88,000.00 per year
