Junior Business Development Representative

**Position Overview**:
- The Junior Business Development role is responsible for assisting in the identification of new business opportunities and contributing to the overall growth strategy of ONE Reimer Advantage.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to identify potential markets, clients, and industry trends relevant to the transportation industry.
- **Proposal Development**: Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align Business Development efforts with overall company objectives.
- **Strategic Planning**: Contribute to the development of Business Development strategies and tactics to penetrate new markets and expand the company's footprint.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist in maintaining CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, updating client information, and tracking business development activities.
- **Marketing Materials**: Design and develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content, using graphic design tools.
- **Presentations**: Create visually engaging presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), client meetings, and internal briefings.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal staff.
- **Sales Acumen**: Basic understanding of sales principles and processes, with a focus on identifying client needs and providing solutions.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing data to identify business opportunities.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Capacity to identify challenges and propose creative solutions to drive business growth.
- **Organizational Skills**: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- **Graphic Design Skills**: Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design tools to create marketing materials and presentations.
- **Creativity**: Ability to create visually appealing and effective marketing and presentation materials.
**Educational Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, graphic design, or a related field is preferred
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
