Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Kenan Courier and Logistics. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and providing advice on managerial methods and organization of our establishment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent research skills to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs. They will also propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures, as well as plan the re-organization of operations.
A key aspect of this position is supervising staff and providing customer service. We prioritize diversity and inclusion, and the successful candidate will participate in initiatives that support persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, Veterans, Indigenous people, and mature workers.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of business development principles and practices. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
