This Business Development Manager position plays a crucial role in driving store profitability by leading and developing a team of Financial Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver Results: Drive sales performance and exceed company targets to contribute to store profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, develop, and manage the sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to meet sales goals.
  • Customer Focus: Provide quality customer sales experience through efficient execution of all customer transactions.
  • Operational Excellence: Handle cash accurately, enter transactions into the system, and audit documentation to ensure accuracy.
  • Compliance: Ensure safety, security, and compliance policies are followed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a management or team lead role.
  • A minimum of one year of financial services and sales experience.
  • Sales-driven and customer-service focused mindset.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
