The Junior It Support role will work with all Fresh Taste Produce personnel across different locations if needed (Within the Halton Hills region). The general hours of work will be from 7:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday in the Milton facility.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual, looking to start their career in a fast-growing company, who is driven to learn and be part of a growing organization. This role will provide the individual with the ability to interact directly with all departments and personnel.

This position will be a 1-year contract position with the possibility of being transitioned to a full-time position at a later date.

**Job Duties**
- Provide solutions, guidance, and support for the desktop problems and resolve.
- Resolve technical inquires on-site and support remote as required
- Liaison with Application Delivery to determine if solutions provided are appropriate within environment.
- Provide and troubleshoot day to day IT issues.
- Assist DevOps team in development and changes to corporate websites.
- To work with IT Team in defining and aiding in the continuous improvement process
- Basic knowledge of WordPress and CMS knowledge.
- Triage Support tickets and execute tasks day-to-day support to ensure Production environments are available.
- Aid lead developers with Website design and support

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of computer systems, networks, software and hardware
- Ability to communicate to others about how to fix issues with their computer.
- Knowledge of how to repair and/or replace equipment when needed.
- Ability to solve problems and think on their feet.
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaboration on solutions
- Programming concepts, techniques and technical languages

**Education**
- Computer Science Degree or related area of study.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
