About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a teacher to work with students in the Junior and Intermediate divisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive lessons, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, and supporting students in their academic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach a class of 12 students in the Junior and Intermediate divisions
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field
  • Ontario Teacher Certification with Junior/Intermediate Qualifications
  • Teaching experience in the Junior and Intermediate divisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
