Trade Tech Mechanical Services Inc. is currently looking for a Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, energetic team player who wants to be a part of a plumbing and mechanical construction / service shop. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct incoming calls and greet customers
- Develop and maintain data entry and filing systems
- Preparation of invoices as required
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Process management of all warranty registration and maintenance for products
- Costing and tracking of inventory and products
- Directing various administrative duties and requirements
- Act a point of contact for internal and external personnel
- Update and maintain health and safety policies and procedures

**Key Requirements and skills**:

- Strong organization and time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Detail oriented; pays attention to and cares about getting the “small stuff” right
- Demonstrate a customer-focused, positive attitude
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to solve problems effectively, while working alone or with others
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of or the ability to learn QuickBooks Online and Service box programs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
