Medical Office Administration

Looking for a part-time office administrator, 3-5 days/week + extra coverage as required.
- SKILLS/EDUCATION:_
- Excellent English communication skills - both oral and written.
- Computer knowledge is necessary (training for site specific system will be provided).
- Respectful and professional interpersonal skills.
- Office Administration (general or medical) diploma an asset.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Checking in patients.
- Communicating with physicians.
- Faxing & scanning documents.
- Light cleaning duties.
- Great organization skills.
- Ability to work well in a busy clinic setting.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-32 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
