DHL Group, a leading global logistics company, is seeking a highly key player for our expansion, reporting directly to the Head of Customs and Brokerage. Bring your industry knowledge, communication prowess, and sales achievements to identify fresh opportunities, build client relationships, and position our services strategically in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and acquire new customers for customs brokerage services.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations and pricing, to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.
- Prepare and present sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to secure profitable business agreements.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Stay updated on customs regulations, trade compliance, and industry best practices to provide expertise and guidance to clients.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's customs brokerage services and generate leads.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and effective handover to operations teams.

**Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the customs brokerage industry.
- In-depth knowledge of customs brokerage services, import/export regulations, and international trade practices.
- Proficiency in using CRM Software and Sales tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- English Speaker
- Results oriented.
- Proficiency in Adaptability and flexibility
- Proficiency in Relationship building.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to their own vehicle.

**Desired Qualifications**
- French Speaker
