Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Insurance Brokerage.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This is a key role within our organization and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, and potential opportunities for expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients to showcase our products and services
- Utilize Salesforce or other tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
**Skills**:
- Proven experience in business development or sales role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Knowledge of business development strategies and market trends
