About This Role


If you're an experienced and motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and a deep understanding of the evolving insurance landscape, we'd like to hear from you. As an Insurance Brokerage Account Manager Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to simplify complex insurance processes and collaborate with industry professionals in a supportive, innovative environment.



Main Responsibilities



  1. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  2. Manage an existing book of business by working closely with Producers and Insurance companies to ensure smooth account management.
  3. Oversee the administrative functions of the business, including the processing of renewals, endorsements, cancellations, billing, certificates, binders, quoting, and general inquiries (phone calls, emails).
  4. Continuously improve processes and procedures to support the growth and success of the brokerage.
  5. Represent Five Star Insurance Brokers Ltd. at industry events and foster strong relationships with insurance carriers.
  6. Provide mentorship and support to new producers and other team members, helping them grow in their roles and achieve success.


Qualifications



  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • An active RIBO License in good standing.
  • A proven success in attracting and retaining commercial clients.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and manage expectations effectively.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering results.


Salary Information


We offer a competitive salary ranging between $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
