**Reports To**: Director, Residential Sales

**Department**: Residential Sales

Position Summary
The Sales Office Receptionist will be a key member of SmartCentres and will be an approachable, welcoming personality helping to create a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for residential sales programmes. Reporting directly to the Director, Residential Sales and working alongside the Residential Sales team, this role will be part of a dynamic group to execute the sales process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Open and close the sales office;
- Assist in access control by only allowing authorized guests and clients throughout the building utilizing effective customer service and communication skills;
- Maintain a clean and tidy presentation of the front lobby, including monitoring front desk office supplies, restocking lobby brochures and pamphlets, keeping counters cleared, watering plants as needed, setting up and cleaning the coffee machine, emptying the dishwasher, stocking of fridge, etc.;
- Assist the sales team/colleagues where necessary in performing their duties.

**Academic/Professional Requirements**:

- High School Diploma. University degree preferred but not required.

**Required Skills/Experience**:

- 1-2 years of relevant work experience providing high-quality customer service;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Outstanding organizational skills with a strong customer service orientation and friendly disposition while maintaining a professional appearance;
- Energetic and motivated, hardworking, and resourceful with a strong desire to learn;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills;
- Continually demonstrate personal integrity throughout all daily activities;
- Aptitude to identify the needs of the team and provide support when required;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint);
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel to communities, when required.
