Receptionist - Office Administrator

Position overview

Hours of work: Monday-Friday 8:30am -5:00pm

**Salary**: - depending on experience

Full time - Permanent

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering and redirecting incoming calls
- Greeting guest
- Processing invoices ensuring back up/packing slips are attached.
- Receiving and sending courier packages
- Reception duties/General Office
- Data entry, Excel spreadsheets, Expense paperwork
- Maintaining Executive Boardrooms and Schedules and kitchen supplies
- Assisting with or AR/AP entries as needed, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- 1+ years Reception/Administrative/Office experience
- Microsoft Office
- Excel experience - intermediate level preferred
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Accounting experience an asset
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Highly organized, motivated and an independent worker
- Team player - willing to learn and take on duties as requested.

Position to start as soon as possible.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
