**Front Desk Receptionist - United Floor Ltd.**
**Company Overview**
We are a leading concrete and forming company with over 60 years of experience in providing the highest standard of services in the ICI construction sector.
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to assist and support our growing team. Main tasks include answering and directing phone calls, organizing meetings as well as assisting the payroll, safety, estimating and management departments. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills and an advance proficiency in Word, Excel, Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Experience is an asset, but not required. Benefits are available.
**Responsibilities**
Answering and directing phone calls
Handling basic bookkeeping tasks and assisting the payroll, safety, estimating and management departments on an as needed basis
Providing clerical support for the payroll, safety, estimating and management departments on an as needed basis
Ordering office Supplies
Organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings and luncheons, locally and abroad
Greeting and providing general support to visitors
Submitting and reconciling expense reports
Developing and maintaining filling systems
Providing general administrative support
**Requirements**:
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams and Zoom
Highschool Diploma
Professional level verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making skills
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
