Front Desk Receptionist

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and route calls to appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial transactions
- Experience working as a clerk in a medical or dental office setting
- Strong file management skills to ensure accurate record keeping
- Excellent clerical skills, including typing and data entry
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and basic office equipment operation

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your role is crucial in providing a positive experience and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.50-$21.74 per hour
