Office Manager

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
*Manage the front desk activities and ensure a professional and welcoming environment
*Supervise office staff, including training, development, and performance management
*Handle phone systems, routing calls, and taking messages with proper phone etiquette
*Coordinate vendor relationships and manage office supplies inventory
*Implement and maintain organizational procedures for efficient office operations
*Oversee administrative and clerical tasks to support daily business activities
Qualifications:
*Proven experience in office management or a similar role
*Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff
*Proficiency in phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
*Experience in vendor management and negotiating contracts
*Exceptional organizational skills to maintain office efficiency
*Ability to develop training programs for staff development
*Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry
