We are a fast growing developer/ property management company looking for a full-time
bookkeeper/administrative assistant. The employee will work closely with partners and clients on bookkeeping, responding to client inquiries, maintaining accounting records, and other administrative tasks.

**DUTIES**:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks) for financial record keeping
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate payment distribution
- Reconcile and balance accounts
- Be able to communicate with tenants and potential tenants
- Communicate with Accountants, lawyers, property manager and Director to ensure books are in check

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's / Diploma degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
- Some experience as an office manager or in a similar role
- At least 2 years experience working with Quickbooks.
- Proficient in using Quickbooks
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation and bank reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with budgeting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $21.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
