Office Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support sales channels.
- Manage promotions, analyze data, and prepare reports.
- Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Respond to customer service inquiries and help resolve any issues.
- Handle office tasks such as purchasing and administrative support.
- Take on other tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office and Google tools like Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Must have excellent English language skills.
- Interest in cosmetics.
- 1-2 years of office experience preferred
- Must have a valid work permit or higher.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
