The Director is responsible for providing strategic advice and consultation and partnering with ministry clients to meet their business priorities and goals.

**Job Requirements**:

- A diploma in business, public administration, organization development, human resources, or related field,** and** seven (7) years of progressively responsible human resource experience*; **OR**:

- An undergraduate degree in business, public administration, organization development, human resources, or related field, **and **five (5) years of progressively responsible human resource experience*; **OR**:

- A master’s degree in business, public administration, organization development, human resources, or related field, **and** three (3) years of progressively responsible human resource experience*.
- Related experience must include at least three (3) years in each of the following:

- Experience leading organizational design projects and providing advice and direction to executive and senior managers regarding change management strategies.
- Experience in a management role leading the design, development, implementation and evaluation of programs.
- Experience establishing collaborative relationships with senior leaders, internal and external clients and partners in support of organizational goals.
- Experience leading and coaching diverse work teams in the development and implementation of a diverse range of projects. Experience aligning strategic human resource planning with strategic business planning, translating business needs and capability requirements into strategies and initiatives.- Certification in organizational design or change management.
- More than three (3) years’ experience leading organizational design projects and providing advice and direction to executive and senior managers regarding change management strategies.
- Three (3) or more years’ experience providing advice and expertise on recruitment strategies to executive/senior management.
- Three (3) or more years’ experience providing advice and expertise on job design, classification, and management exclusions to management.
