At Manulife, our Affinity Marketing Team is committed to driving growth through strategic customer retention and expansion initiatives. We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in retaining existing clients and expanding their engagement with our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at customer retention and expansion.
- Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, direct mail, and events.
- Analyze campaign performance data and market trends to inform strategy adjustments and improve ROI.
- Informally mentor marketing specialists, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Collaborate with product, distribution, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer retention and expansion.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content and marketing materials.
- Utilize marketing automation, marketing technology, and tools e.g., marketing automation tools to track retention and expansion.
- Drive continuous improvement through testing, analysis, and optimization of marketing tactics.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors (e.g., print vendors) to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on retention and expansion.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaign management and execution.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation software).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with print and direct mail marketing strategies.
- French language skills are an asset.
