Senior Marketing Manager for Loyalty and Retention

Pentasia is expanding its operations in the Toronto area, seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager for Loyalty and Retention to join our team.
Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a seasoned marketing professional with expertise in CRM and loyalty marketing to develop and execute retention strategies for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer segmentation, email, and SMS marketing best practices.
- Develop and implement multi-channel retention strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, manage budgets, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze competitor activity and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and IT teams.
- Collaborate with external partners to leverage their expertise and expand our reach.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing and CRM, preferably in the online gaming or sports betting industry.
- Expertise in CRM platforms, email, and SMS marketing.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- A detail-oriented and strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset.
