At Manulife, our Affinity Marketing Team is committed to driving growth through strategic customer acquisition and conversion initiatives. We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in attracting new clients and optimizing our conversion processes.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at customer acquisition and conversion. Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, direct mail, and events. Analyze campaign performance data and market trends to inform strategy adjustments and improve ROI. Informally mentor marketing specialists, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Collaborate with product, distribution, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention. Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content and marketing materials. Utilize marketing automation, marketing technology, and tools e.g., CDP to track acquisition and conversion. Drive continuous improvement through testing, analysis, and optimization of marketing tactics. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors (e.g., print vendors) to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns. Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on acquisition and conversion. Proven track record of successful marketing campaign management and execution. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation software). Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Experience with print and direct mail marketing strategies. French language skills are an asset.
