GreenFirst is looking for an Office Coordinator for the North Bay office to provide general assistance across multiple departments with administrative requests to ensure office operations run efficiently and professionally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Having the authority and responsibility to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Following Company health and safety standards and reporting any unsafe acts or conditions
- Ordering Office Supplies
- Opening and sorting mail - Sending Purolator Shipments
- Preparing Envelopes with cheques to send to Lock Box, all shipping & Receiving Duties
- Accounts Payable Invoice processing (Approving, checking merchandise has been received
- Prepare Requisitions in Empac when a PO is required.
- Liaison with building Superintendent - deal with any issues concerning the office rental space
- Greeting Visitors
- Answering Phone & Taking Messages
- Administering & Issuing Parking Passes
- Assisting all departments in office as needed. (IT, Human Resources, Accounts Payable, Forestry)

**Requirements**:

- College Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience: 3-5 Years in an office environment/similar role
- Attention to detail, excellent communication skills
- Bilingual - English & French
- Experience with MS Office - Word, Powerpoint, Excel
- Data Management (SharePoint, E-mail, Internet, Fax/Photocopier Equipment, Telephone Systems)

GreenFirst est à la recherche d’un(e) coordinateur(trice) de bureau pour le bureau de North Bay. Il(elle) sera chargé(e) de fournir une assistance générale à plusieurs départements pour les demandes administratives afin d’assurer un fonctionnement efficace et professionnel du bureau.

**Responsabilités**:

- Avoir l’autorité et la responsabilité de maintenir un environnement de travail sûr et efficace
- Respecter les normes de santé et de sécurité de l’entreprise et signaler tout acte ou condition dangereux.
- Commander des fournitures de bureau
- Ouverture et tri du courrier et d’envois de Purolator.
- Préparer les enveloppes contenant les chèques à envoyer au coffre-fort, toutes les tâches d’expédition et de réception.
- Traitement des factures AP (approbation, vérification de la réception de la marchandise).
- Préparer les réquisitions dans Empac lorsqu’une commande est nécessaire.
- Liaison avec le concierge de l’immeuble - traiter tous les problèmes concernant la location des bureaux.
- Accueillir les visiteurs
- Répondre au téléphone et prendre des messages
- Administrer et délivrer les laissez-passer de stationnement
- Aider toute personne du bureau qui a besoin d’aide (IT, Ressources humaines, AP, Foresterie).

**Exigences**:

- Diplôme d’études collégiales ou équivalent
- Expérience : 3 à 5 ans dans un environnement de bureau/un rôle similaire
- Souci du détail, excellentes compétences en communication
- Bilingue - anglais et français
- Expérience avec MS Office - Word, Powerpoint, Excel
- Gestion des données (SharePoint, courriel, Internet, équipement de télécopie/photocopie, systèmes téléphoniques)
