**Travel Coordinator**

Support the Director, Flight Operations, Manager Inflight Services, Manager Line Maintenance and Manager Field Operations with employee rotation and travel requests. Assume delegated tasks at their discretion or in their absence. Production of pilot and flight attendant schedules. Ensure employee(s) is qualified for tasking and meets the travel requirements of the destination/customer.

**What does a Travel Coordinator do?**
- Generate and update master schedules based on employee rotation patterns.
- Consult with employees regarding travel requirements and schedule confirmation.
- Approve travel booking and accommodations for employee deployment travel.
- Respond to inquiries from Pilots, Flight Attendants, Site Managers and Line Maintenance (as required) regarding deployments during regular business hours and after hours.
- Assignment of employees to designated base locations.
- Ensuring compliance of assigned employees in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Provide and confirm schedules with payroll.
- Coordinate with Director, Flight Operations and Manager, Inflight Services regarding crew deployments and crew pairing issues.
- Participate with various departments in deployment meetings / coordination.
- Supply the Site Manager with all the employee documents needed by the customer prior to rotation (Pilots, Flight Attendants, Maintenance, Site Managers, and Dispatchers (when required.)
- Regular consultation with Director, Flight Operations, Manager, Inflight Services, Dispatch Manager and Flight Operations Training & Development Manager regarding operational direction, training issues/schedules, crew coordination, personnel issues/concerns.
- Support the Director, Flight Operations and Manager, Inflight Services regarding personnel matters, in their absence.

**What you bring to the table**
- 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Post-secondary education in Aviation Management or a related field is an asset.
- Proven computer skills with an emphasis on MS Office Suite.
- A proven knowledge of the CAR’s, associated Company training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Accurate review and timely submission of crew documents
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Knowledge of contractual requirements pertaining to flight crew
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.

**Location and other Key Details**:

- You will work out of our North Bay head office. _**Depending on the nature of the role, we have implemented Remote and Hybrid Work Models; to learn more, speak to your recruiter.**_
- Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday. Occasional weekends on call to resolve urgent matters.

**Eligibility**
