**Project Coordinator**

**Employment Description**:
The Project Coordinator works closely with our Interior Designer to help with project execution and completion. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like scheduling, product sourcing, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial and product/material queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients, contractors, suppliers and delivery companies alike to deliver results while meeting deadlines. Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet our high quality standards.

**Assets**:
Experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role

Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
Experience in office administration or similar role

**Responsibilities**:
Ensure project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables
Ensure documentation and plans are maintained throughout the length of the project
Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
Coordinate project schedules, contractors, deliveries, and other specialists
Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
Finalize invoicing and preparing sales reports
Source products, place and receive orders, assess materials/goods for quality control
Analyze product orders to minimize expenses and shipping costs
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Act as the main point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Update all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
Ensure clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
Maintain showroom cleanliness and sanitation practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Bay, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)
