Accounting/administrative Assistant

We are looking for an organized and proactive individual to provide essential support to our accounting department. The Accounting Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our financial functions. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for accounting and administrative tasks to contribute to a dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
- Handle routine bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliation
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters
- Organize and maintain filing systems for financial records
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed
- Assist in day to day office/administrative tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Experience Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in an accounting or administrative role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
