**JOB PURPOSE**:
Support the accounting department by assisting with accounts receivable, accounts payable, data entry, and providing general administrative support.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform data entry and documentation preparation for accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform data entry and documentation preparation for accounts payable transactions.
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare, verify, and process invoices with accurate job cost codes.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Ensure transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
- Verify accuracy of transactions and data entry.
- Provide support to other accounting positions as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Post-secondary education in accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum two years’ experience in supporting or performing accounting roles.
- Experience with ERP systems, Viewpoint ERP System experience preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work through ambiguity.
- Analytical and results-driven attitude.
- Positive teamwork-oriented approach to daily interactions.
