RE/MAX Elite is currently looking to fill the role of Administration & Accounting Assistant to join our collaborative and talented support team. This is a full-time permanent position that will work in all four of our office locations at any given time.

Key responsibilities essential to this position include:
- Manage accounting and data entry into Lone Wolf and Quick Books systems
- Manage the administration of our paperless system Skyslope & provide support to our Conveyancing Team
- Assist Admin Manager with Agent Payouts, PTAX & GST returns when needed
- GST Remittance to CRA. Must have experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Accounts Payable to 53 Vendors, Ensuring invoices are paid on time
- Prepare and process cheque run and prepare electronic payments.
- Work closely with and serve as the main administrative support for the Administration & Operations Manager(s)
- Perform data entry and other administrative duties as assigned.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3+ years accounting experience in a similar role
- preferably in Real Estate
- Experience with month-end year-end closing processes is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft software (particularly Excel) and accounting software (Quick Books, Lone Wolf)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational, technical, time management skills, flexibility and attention to detail are required.
- Positive attitude and excellent ability to work independently and within a team
- Travelling from office to office will be a requirement
