Nous recherchons un** Coordonnateur(trice) des Opérations,** pour se joindre à notre équipe de Montréal.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Stratégie et Innovation _
- Participer à la création d'améliorations de processus et d'intégrations.
- Opérations et Résultats _
- Collaborer avec les partenaires commerciaux internes pour compléter l'intégration de l'entreprise.
- Travailler avec les normes de gestion des flux de travail et des processus pour les processus opérationnels et comptables.
- Valider les factures pour garantir que le contrôle des coûts respecte le budget.
- Surveiller la base de commandes pour s'assurer qu'elle est maintenue propre en ce qui concerne les annulations passées et les commandes en gros.
- Produire des rapports de Disponibilité à la Vente.
- Agir en tant qu'intermédiaire entre les Comptes Clients et les Ventes pour s'assurer que les Procédures Opérationnelles Standard sont mises en place afin d'éliminer ou de réduire les rétrofacturations des fournisseurs.
- Collaborer avec le Groupe de Gestion des Commandes de Greensboro et la Distribution pour garantir que nos besoins en distribution sont satisfaits.
- Clients et Relations _
- Établir et maintenir des relations avec des clients internes et externes clés.
- Dépanner et résoudre les problèmes dans toutes les disciplines de travail - (fonction clé).
- Leadership et Équipes _
- Contribuer positivement à la dynamique de l'équipe et gérer les situations vers le haut si nécessaire.
- Capacité à diriger le changement.

- Diplôme de baccalauréat en commerce ou dans une discipline connexe à la comptabilité
- 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle opérationnel ou comptable, de préférence dans l'industrie de l'habillement
- Compréhension des processus comptables
- Compétences technologiques et maîtrise des systèmes financiers et des logiciels Microsoft Office, y compris Excel. La connaissance de SAP ou d'un autre système ERP est un atout majeur.

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Strategy & Innovation_
- Participate in the creation of process improvement and integration.
- Operations and Results_
- Work with internal business partners to complete the integration of the business.
- Work with model workflow and process management standards for operational and accounting processes.
- Validate invoices to ensure cost control are within budget.
- Oversee order base to ensure that it is kept clean in regard to past cancel & bulk orders.
- Produce Available to Sell reports.
- Work as a liaison between Accounts Receivable & Sales to ensure that Standard Operating Procedures are put in place to eliminate / reduce Vendor Chargebacks.
