**WHAT IS THE ROLE ?**
Reporting to the Manager of Operations, the Store Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting all daily operations of the store operations to optimize store efficiency, operating budgets, sales targets, and KPIs. To do so, the incumbent will support the Manager of store Operations to establish and optimize SOPs (standard operating procedures) and help conduct field training related to daily store operations, including scheduling, sales, replenishment, stockroom organization, physical inventories, point of sale, e-commerce order fulfillment, New Store Opening efficiencies, and store maintenance.
**HOW WILL YOU DO IT?**
- Responsible for writing time-sensitive communications in a clear and accurate manner and assisting with the support of all communications platforms and tools
- Responsible for ongoing document library updates and re-mapping as well as maintenance of the retail planning calendar
- Provides timely reporting and follow-up on surveys and other field responses
- Translate all communications and assets to French in a timely manner for delivery to Quebec stores
- Translate resources and materials from Operations and Systems teams
- Drafts and supports the development of standards, policies and procedures as well as documentation pertaining to process improvement initiatives, including tools, templates, training materials, analyses etc.
- Actively support or participate in process improvement projects, including ideation through to implementation and control of solutions
- Participate in the collection, research, pull and organization of data to answer specific business questions regarding new processes, compliance, policies and procedures
- Provides reporting related to store processes and compliance to field leadership and supports cost-benefit analysis activities
- Train or support others in adopting a continuous improvement mindset and utilizing a process improvement framework
- Assist in identifying gaps between current retail practices and industry best practices.
- Perform administrative tasks related to store operations and maintain the retail calendar.
- Work closely with and assist the Manager and store Operations with tasks and projects as needed.
- Help with daily store requests and act as a liaison between the company and the stores.
- Draft documents related to operational processes, policies, and procedures.
- Manage supply accounts and record expenses related to store operations., in all locations
- Occasionally travel to open new stores and help coordinate and prepare for new store openings.
**WHO YOU ARE ?**
**Your achievements**
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of store operations experience in retail or in a similar role
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal, in both English and French

- Proficient in Google Business Workspace is a must.
- Proficiency in Sheets and Storeforce is a big asset
- Understanding of retail operational processes, policies and procedures
