**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic **Service Operations Coordinator** to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about optimizing operations in a fast-paced and impactful industry. As the **Service Operations Coordinator**, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth service delivery, optimizing efficiency, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Coordinate Service Requests**: Manage and prioritize incoming service requests from clients, ensuring they are processed efficiently and accurately.
- **Process Orders & Schedules**: Work closely with the operations team to schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring resources are allocated optimally.
- **Client Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and timely updates on service status and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of service orders, client interactions, and operational performance metrics.
- **Collaboration**: Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support project initiatives.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Analyze operational workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in service operations or customer service roles, preferably in energy, utilities, or a related industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Proficient in using service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for sustainability and a desire to contribute to a greener future.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
