Payroll Administrator (1.0 FTE)
Under the general supervision of the Payroll Supervisor, working in a team environment, the Payroll Administrator responsibilities include processing of bi-weekly payrolls using iSYS Works/HRP Link and Smartfind Express software. Coordination, verification of payroll documents, reconciliation of various remittances, production of ROEs, processing of timesheets, handling payroll inquiries and administration of pension are involved.
Qualifications:
High School Graduation Diploma, and completion of, or study towards the Canadian Payroll Association Certificate program. One year of previous payroll experience is required. Current payroll experience is preferred. Computer skills with the ability to perform complex salary calculation using Microsoft Excel and effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are required.
The successful applicant will be required to provide a Vulnerable Sector Screening document satisfactory to the Board.
