Qualifications for this position:
2-3 years experience with Sage Accounting

You will be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all aspects of Accounts Payable, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger postings, and other reporting. You will be responsible for all government remittances including Source Deductions, Employee Health Tax, Corporation Tax, WSIB and HST. Knowledge of the Canadian Payroll rules is essential. Additionally you will maintain general ledgers, financial statements, make sure all vendors are paid on time, keep a handle on the accounts receivables and work closely with the Owners to make sure all aspects of the company are well looked after along with other duties as assigned.

This position is part time Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

This position is fast paced and accuracy is of high importance.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
