Our core focus is to offer quality snow cats, support vehicles, miscellaneous equipment and product support to the winter ice road construction sector. We also offer grooming equipment solutions and product support to the skiing and snowmobile recreational sectors, as well as, remote access vehicle solutions for outdoor enthusiasts.

Loch Lomond Equipment Sales is recruiting for a Service Support Administrator to join our team.

**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Open customer, internal and warranty work orders in a timely manner.
- Charge time according to work order and segment. Accurately enter description of work performed by segment
- Prepare work order for trial closing ensuring 100% of all billable items are captured as well as completeness and accuracy of descriptions and review with management for final approval
- Communicate with customers to obtain work order approvals, purchase orders and other information
- Ensure timely closing of work orders
- Submit warranty claims and monitor for payment
- Produce work order reports for management review, monitor WIP and provide regular status updates to management.
- Assist service and sales with preparation of quotes
- Reconcile technician time sheets and prepare bi-weekly time summaries for payroll
- Assist with equipment shipping and receiving documentation
- Assist with management of the rental fleet including invoicing, other documentation and customer follow up
- Provide backup for inside sales

**Education, Experience and Other Requirements**:

- High school or post-secondary diploma, or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years experience in service department administration preferred
- Detail oriented with excellent problem-solving and organization skills
- Highly motivated, proactive, self-reliant team player
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS office
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driver's abstract
