We are looking for a savvy Coordinator to lead and execute our client acquisition strategy.

Our Sales Team is looking for a Business Development Rep to help us expand our clientele on the Lower Mainland and Calgary & surrounding areas This is a great opportunity for that independent hunter to utilize their excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, solutions-driven attitude, and negotiation skills, to name a few.

This role, remote and situated on the Lower Mainland, requires some travel to our Calgary location.

**DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Sourcing and securing new accounts and managing existing relationships to achieve profitable sales growth using data and analytics from CRM
- Be a CRM guru
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers by analyzing sales growth
- Communicating to the Sales Team current market intel (pricing, supply, quality, trends ) gathered from existing customers and business development activities.
- Collaborating with Sales & Marketing Teams to ensure business needs are supported.
- Utilize and ensure CRM data is correct and utilized to help company analyze sales data to meet sales & growth goals.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Ideally 3-5 years' experience in a similar role in the Interior Design Procurement, Home Building Supplies Sales Position (Flooring, Tile, Stone or equivilent) or similar sales roles in another industry.
- University or College business degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Basic computer literacy in MS Office 365.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate initiatives with both marketing and sales team environment.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with clean driver's abstract (Drivers N abstract & personal insurance discount).

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
