Business Development Representative

**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team. As a BDR at TR Trades, you will be at the forefront of our business expansion efforts, driving growth by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities. You will be the voice and face of TR Trades, responsible for connecting prospective clients with our expert sales team.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Perform high-level discovery outbound calls to engage potential customers.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify key industry players aligned with our buyer personas.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives, ensuring a smooth handoff for qualified business opportunities.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment with overall sales strategies.
- Travel as required to meet with clients and facilitate business growth.
- Leverage senior staff for training and professional development.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage time effectively.
- A proactive and outgoing personality with a passion for connecting with new people.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or promotional roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of business processes and sales techniques is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
