Your role? You'll be the spark that ignites potential client interest, the master prospector hunting for new business opportunities, and the frontline voice representing the heart and soul of Comm100.

**Responsibilities**:
As our BDR, you'll have the chance to:

- Dive deep into our sales pipeline, spotting golden opportunities and turning leads into prospecting gold.
- Be the ambassador of first impressions Engage with potential clients, showing them the magic that is Comm100.
- Schedule meetings with high-level decision-makers, working with them to discover how Comm100 can transform their customer engagement game.
- Collaborate with our high-energy sales team to develop innovative strategies for sourcing and closing deals.
- Continuously learn and develop, understanding the latest industry trends, our competitive position, and how our solutions are revolutionizing digital customer engagement.

**Qualifications**

Here's what you'll need to succeed:

- Experience: 1-2 years in a BDR or similar role (but if you're a fast learner, we won't hold it against you).
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, a knack for building relationships, and the ability to paint a vision with words.
- Tech Savvy: A quick grasp of software and technology. Experience with CRM tools is a plus
- Tenacity: A relentless drive and a no-barrier mentality.
- Passion: A love for sales, a passion for people, and an excitement for digital engagement solutions.
