Office Administrator

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Oversee Client relationships, including follow-up calls, booking showings, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Provide administrative support to the team members, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining files
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, google filing, and record keeping
- Supervise and train future office staff to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company procedures
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Google (Docs, Excel-Slides, PowerPoint-Sheets) and other office software
- Experience in Real Estate is preferred
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
We offer competitive pay based on experience.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
