**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Assist in budgeting processes and monitor office expenditures.
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Supervise clerical staff and provide guidance on administrative tasks.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for easy access to documents.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required for management meetings.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position.
- Strong background in budgeting and financial management preferred.
- Experience with human resources processes is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: $18.40-$27.90 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)
