Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our office operations in Peterborough.
About the Role:This is a key position that will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings and appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to our team, including responding to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries.
- Scheduling and Organization: Schedule meetings and appointments, maintain calendars, and ensure that all deadlines are met.
- Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter data into our systems, manage files, and maintain a secure and organized workspace.
- Supply Chain Management: Assist with ordering office supplies and equipment, and maintain an efficient and cost-effective supply chain.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator.
- Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
- A competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 per year, depending on experience.
