About the Role:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the property management industry
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and new sales opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients
- Manage the sales process from start to finish, including negotiations and closing deals
- Utilize CRM software to manage sales activities and pipeline

**Requirements**:

- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, Business Analyst or a related field
- Proven experience as a business development manager
- Experience in the property management industry an asset
- Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and measurement tools, such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organization skills

Soft Skills:

- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think creatively and outside the box
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

This position is strictly commission. There will be a 20% commission of the entire contract paid and a 10% share will be paid of each contract, each month generated by the BDM.

After three month probationary period is passed along with sales targets met, an allowance for vehicle, mobile phone and food expenditures will be given.

Continued demonstrated success will lead to founding/executive roles in the firm with bonus' and a salary.
