Ce poste dynamique de développement des affaires est responsable de la croissance de l’activité d’UPS Small Package dans le segment des petits clients. - Prospection de nouveaux clients pour accroître sa part de marché dans le segment des petits clients.
- Répondre et résoudre les demandes des clients en temps opportun et efficacement.
- Développer des relations solides avec les clients existants pour soutenir la croissance et assurer une. expérience client positive à chaque interaction.
- Crée et positionne des propositions de valeur convaincantes pour les clients potentiels et existants.
- Participer aux réunions d’équipe hebdomadaires et aux séances de formation.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Anglais bilingue et Français requis.**:

- Expérience antérieure en développement des affaires, en particulier dans le segment B2B.
- Confiant avec de solides compétences en communication et en présentation.
- Expérience d’utilisation de Salesforce et MS Office, préférée.
- Baccalauréat ou équivalent international, de préférence.

We offer flexible work location arrangements, and a competitive salary plus a commission pay structure to recognize and reward strong growth performance.
- As a trusted advisors, our Business Development Representatives assist customers in navigating the ever-changing world of logistics. The selected applicant researches the competitive environment and uses product knowledge to generate creative and unique solutions to meet customer needs and business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospecting for new clients to expand market share in the small customer segment.
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries timely and effectively.
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers to support growth and ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction.
- Creates and positions compelling value proposals to potential and existing customers.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual English and French required.
- Prior business development experience, specifically in the B2B segment.
- Confident with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience using Salesforce and MS Office preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred
