Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Business Development Representative
(BDR) to join our growing sales team. Reporting to the VP of Business Development, The BDR
will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue
outbound prospecting and cold calling.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new sales opportunities through
- Research insurance agencies and identify recruiting positions for agents and markets
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities for account
executives
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs and
challenges
- Convert sales calls into quality appointments and achieve or exceed daily/weekly targets
- Update and maintain accurate records of prospecting activities, lead interactions and
sale opportunities within the CRM system

- Stay informed regarding industry trends and market developments
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related filed
- Strong experience in outbound sales, business development or lead generation role
preferably in a B2B or technology-driven role
- Proven track record of success in prospecting, cold calling, and generating new business
opportunities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with prospects
- Results-oriented mindset
- Proficient in CRM software

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
