Administrative Assistant

Job Overview
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage incoming calls with exceptional phone etiquette for clients and colleagues.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with property showings.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Utilize Google Suite for preparing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Assist with financial tasks, including invoicing and billing using QuickBooks (experience is a plus).
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline office operations.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in real estate or a similar environment.
- Proficiency in managing phone systems and multiple lines effectively.
- Strong typing and data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is preferred.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $17.00-$26.82 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
