**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors and callers
**Administrative Support**:
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
**Office Management**:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
- Maintain office equipment and arrange for repairs when necessary.
- Ensure office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
**Customer Service**:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and employees.
- Address and resolve any complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
**Support to Management**:
- Assist the management team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
**Other Duties**:
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
