**What is the opportunity?**

As the Administrative Assistant at iA-Private Wealth, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Investment Advisors and Associate Advisors. iA-Private Wealth provides advice, service, and assistance to high-net-worth clients for their investment and retirement planning.

**What will you do?**
- Provide a high level of administrative support ensuring quality service and professionalism at every customer interaction.
- Work efficiently in a multi-tasked environment and ensure deadlines are met.
- Submit and track transfers from banks and other financial institutions.
- Keep others in the immediate team informed and up-to-date about the status/progress of projects, and all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activities.
- Greet and host clients at reception.
- Organize meetings for the Investment Advisor

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Experience providing administrative support at a bank, or investment brokerage firm.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 360, (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, stay organized, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and sound judgment.

**Nice-to-have, but not necessary**
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients within the financial services industry.
- CSC, Canadian Securities Course, AMF Insurance Course.
- Post-secondary education.
- Good knowledge and understanding of modern technology.
