Receptionist/office Assistant

Busy law office seeking an Receptionist and Office Assistant to respond to and retain leads. Applicants with sales experience preferred.
**Responsibilities**:
- Client correspondence/intake/management
- Opening client files
- Assigning files to processing staff
- Sending out notice letters to third parties
- Client reporting
- Verification of accounts and invoices
- Printing cheques and verifying accounts receivables
- Data entry
- Other misc. office tasks
Must have skills:
- Ability to connect and retain prospective clients
- Advanced communication skills
- Self-organization
- Attention to detail
- Self-starter who can operate with minimum supervision
- Willingness to learn and conform to office rules and procedures
- Advanced knowledge of basic office computer software/Microsoft windows
Bonus Skills that would be considered an asset:
- Conversational Mandarin or Cantonese (Not required)
- Knowledge of real estate
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $31,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
