**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phone lines and interact with patients.
- Peform check-in and check-out process for patients
- Collecting payments, and other general office duties.
- Provide information to patients about the clinic and services offered
- Maintain the appearance of the office.
- Verify patient insurance information
- warm and friendly with a positive attitude
- possess strong ability to multi-task
- detailed oriented, social, and can bring excitement to their role at our clinic space

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week | Full-time: 35-40

**Salary**: $16.75-$23.00 per hour

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional manner.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain office files and records.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week

**Salary**: $16.75-$24.81 per hour
