**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

ACML is actively seeking a **Tenant Services Coordinator **located in **Toronto, Ontario** whose main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Represents ACML as a key contact in maintaining positive relationships through professional and effective responsiveness to, and proactive consideration of, tenant issues, thereby ensuring that tenant relations expectations are being consistently met.
- Assists in the preparation and implementation of strategic plans to increase and uphold the quality and effectiveness of communications with client relations, key stakeholders and tenants.
- Receives/coordinates tenant service requests through Angus AnyWhere CMMS system for day-to-day and emergency work while ensuring appropriate information/updates are relayed to client representatives (including Leadership Team, Tenant Relations, etc.) in a timely manner.
- Directs/supports work assignment including resourcing of staff; sets priorities and develops/maintains administrative policies/procedures.
- Monitors/tracks operational performance statistics; runs CMMS reports; conducts root cause analysis; consolidates data/information into concise business report(s) for management review/action; prepares other operational reports, as requested.
- In collaboration with supervisor, assesses/determines work request priority to facilitate resolution in an efficient/professional manner. As required, obtains quotes to facilitate work requests.
- Develops/maintains processes to track work order progress, action items, inquiries, complaints, problem resolution, etc. to facilitate closure of work requests in accordance with performance-based service agreement. Follows up re: outstanding service requests.
- Participates in client meetings (as ACML representative) re: specific building initiatives; prepares meeting minutes, identifies ACML action items, etc.
- Participates in and supports other duties as assigned.

**WHAT WILL YOU BRING?**
- Minimum 3 years related work experience in property, project, and/or facilities management.
- Post-secondary education in facilities/property management, diploma/certification in Building Environmental Systems, Engineering Technology, or Trades qualification (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Knowledge of facility operations/maintenance an asset; knowledge of building systems and related codes/legislation an asset.
- Knowledge/understanding of Occupational Health and Safety Act; building/fire/other codes and applicable standards/regulations pertaining to facilities maintenance and operations;
- Strong computer skills (such as Microsoft Office suite).
- Active listener and contributor.

- Accountability - results oriented; takes ownership and delivers on commitments
- Communication (written and verbal) - clear; concise; tactful; listens actively and objectively; open/consistent communication
- Teamwork - works collaboratively with others to achieve common goals while adding value to team
- Technical - Knowledge and understanding of building systems and operations
