- Are you looking to use your knowledge and experience _in processing multi state payrolls?

The _Payroll Specialist_ is responsible for the accurate preparation, documentation, and execution of multi-state payroll through the payroll system, Reviewing and auditing the calculation of pay ensuring compliance with company policies, all applicable state and federal employment as well as wage and hour laws. Serve as first point of contact to employees in responding to payroll related questions and inquiries. Perform additional tasks and participate in projects related to payroll, HR and Finance.

This position is part of the _Finance Department_ and will be Remote_ but working together as a team _player.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Maintain employee records including, but not limited to new hires, transfers, changes to pay, separations, garnishments and other deductions, into the payroll system.
- Process payroll from start to finish including year-end requirements.
- Prepare and submit various management and payroll reports, including the payroll distribution wire, ensuring the safeguarding of personal and confidential information.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Certificate, college diploma, degree or equivalent 4 years of experience in a payroll administration position.
- Experience with Enterprise ADP
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with high aptitude for auditing numbers and information.

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office specifically Excel to create spreadsheets with formula calculations, as well as format, produce and revise documents and reports.
- Review and audit time and attendance for integrity, following company policies.
